Andrea specializes in collaborating with individuals to find their unique path of transformation and self-discovery while working towards their therapeutic goals.
Andrea helps to facilitate change through dialogue, psychoeducation, integrating current research in neuroscience, somatic based and body-centred therapies, trauma-informed experiential exercises, practical and skill building exercises, and EMDR. Andrea specializes in working with trauma (including interpersonal, single incident, PTSD, complex, developmental, and attachment trauma), anxiety, family of origin issues and conflict, relationships and communication, cultural and racial identity, and acculturation, spirituality, and identity and life transitions. Andrea uses EMDR as a tool and conduit for healing, change, self discovery and integration.
